Our work

Four businesses. Four different problems. One way of working.

A school that needed a learning platform. A motocross shop stuck at small orders. A training school with no website. A research centre with no online presence. Here is what we built, and what changed.

Custom learning platform

A school asked for a course. We built a whole learning platform.

The Financial Academy at North Point School for Boys teaches money and entrepreneurship from Kindergarten to Grade 9. We worked hand in hand with the school to turn their curriculum into software their students actually want to open.

The ask
Weekly lessons, tests and recognition for three age bands, without a pile of spreadsheets and shared folders.
The build
A proprietary, custom-built LMS: organised curriculum, gamified quests, score keeping, and a private drive for every student.
The change
Teachers teach. Students collect points and keep their work in one place. The school owns the system outright.

Growth engine

From $1,000 a month to $15,000 a month online.

RidersOnly.ca had loyal riders but ecommerce sales stuck at three figures. A website alone would not fix that, so we built the whole machine around it.

The ask
More than a pretty shop. A way to turn riders into repeat customers.
The build
Site, custom packages, Canada Post contracts, wholesale agreements, a sponsorship program, social media marketing and an Amazon channel, each one feeding the next.
The change
Monthly online sales grew from about $1,000 to about $15,000. Small-bike tires, spoke wrenches and gas cans sold out.

Website from zero

The phone stopped ringing with the same questions.

J.P. Security Training in Calgary had a site that was offline and never worked. Every prospect meant a phone call, and every call was the same questions.

The ask
A site that works, and answers questions so the owner does not have to.
The build
A clear site that explains each course and a step-by-step Alberta licence guide, so people arrive informed.
The change
Fewer inquiry calls and a faster onboarding process. The owner now spends his time teaching and sends prospects to the site.
📞
Phone rings: "Do I need a course first?"
Phone rings: "What does the licence cost?"
Phone rings: "What do I bring to apply?"
Website: offline.
Pick a question. These are the ones the old phone line answered all day.
Answers summarised from the live licence guide. Rules and fees can change, so check official Government of Alberta pages.

“Site Run has given my website a second life. They have sped up my onboarding process and simplified my life.”

Online presence

A research centre that needed to be found, and taken seriously.

The Somali Coastguard Resources & Research Centre works on maritime safety, marine protection and capacity building. It had a mission and a public record, but nowhere to point people.

The ask
Traffic, and a professional look that holds up when a funder or official clicks through.
The build
A calm, credible site that states what the organisation is and is not, with its public track record linked to sources.
The change
A listing at the Tokyo summit, which opened new funding opportunities and international connections.

Listed in public records. Appearing in a record does not imply endorsement or partnership. SCRRC is a non-profit and not a government agency, coast guard or emergency service.
How every build runs

Same four steps, different story each time.

01
Listen

We start with what is costing you customers, not with a template.

02
Map

Pages, questions and steps laid out before a pixel is drawn.

03
Build

Fast, secure and easy to edit. Custom when the job needs it.

04
Look after

Hosting, backups and updates, so the site keeps working for you.

Tell us what is stuck. We will tell you what we would build.

We have also built for medical clinics, pharmacies, investment companies, tax offices, landscapers, concrete companies, NGOs, politics, automotive, fashion and hair care. Some of that work is under NDA. Ask and we will share what we can.
