What our provider promises us, and what it means for you
99.99% server uptime guarantee
Made to SiteRun. Any credit for a miss is paid to us under their uptime policy. We watch your site too and tell you when it was down.
Daily backups, kept 30 days
Taken on every hosted account. Their terms say provider backups aren't guaranteed, so We Run It adds a second offsite copy and tests a restore every quarter.
Malware scanning and removal
Imunify360 scans every account and quarantines infected files. Fixing a hacked WordPress site after that is a quoted Repair.
Account isolation
CloudLinux and CageFS keep each site in its own space. Another site's problem stays there.
24/7 infrastructure team
Their engineers watch the servers around the clock. You talk to us, 9 to 5. We talk to them.
Their 45-day money-back
Applies to SiteRun's purchase from them, not to your plan with us. Our plans are month to month: cancel any time.
